"After years of being with State Farm, I finally decided to leave and it wasn’t about the price I was paying, it was because over the years the customers service has gone down. There were several times where I needed clarification, and after being told we’ll call you back in 20 minutes, it’ll take days or hours or never getting answers at all and then they’ll hit you with “oh we emailed you” when they never did, They were just trying to cover up their mess up. If you’re telling customers you’ll call them back in 20 mins you should, even if you don’t have answers within those 20 mins, some customer work and wait for your call within those 20 mins, I Even had to leave work one time to get answers and when I pulled up the lady that was helping me and told me she would call me in 20 mins was giggling and laughing upfront in the lobby with a colleague instead of helping me clarify some issues I was having and I even waited hours for this clarification And then gave me attitude because she was caught in the act. I had honestly stayed this long because at first customer service was excellent, but I guess they stopped caring for long term customers."
